Another blog about Chocolate?
Sweda-huh? What-a-nian?
What is this about?
Well, it says it all. I'm a proud Swedanian. Although I could be a Canadish but it sounds too much like raddish for my own taste. What's that anyway, you might wonder (Once again. You have a lot of questions don't you?). I'm a Canadian who moved to Sweden a few years ago, so by now, I'm a bit of both, hence the mixture of Swedish and Canadian. Clever, heh?
Well, this Swedanian has one heck of a sweet tooth for chocolate and recently, I decided that I would experiment a lot more with chocolate as a way to decorate cakes, create more truffles, etc. This blog will be about those attempts and, hopefully, a lot of sucesses. They might include other kinds of cakes and pastries as well as general chocolate reviews. I'm hoping to include tips and "how-to" once I figure out how the tricks work well enough to be able to explain them.
So, sit comfortably and try not to drool too much.
